Rates

Day Rate:

$400 per ten hour day (Includes studio rental, engineer, and use of house equipment.)  *Hours past ten are charged at the hourly rate.

Hourly Rate:

$45 per hour (Includes studio rental, engineer, and use of house equipment.)

Block Rates:

$350 per day (when booking four to seven days)

$325 per day (when booking eight to fourteen days)

$300 per day (when booking fifteen to twenty one days)

$275 per day (when booking twenty one to thirty one days)

Outside Engineer Rate:

$200 per day, $250 with assistant (Includes studio rental and use of house equipment.)  *We require an assistant until a working relationship has been established with the freelance engineer.

Payment is due at the end of each day’s session unless prior arrangements have been made.  We require a non-refundable $100 per day deposit to hold dates.  We accept cash, personal check, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), and Paypal (the fees are on you, however).

A reasonable number of reference CD-Rs and a DVD archive of your session files are included with any session.

If recording to tape, we charge actual cost for 1″ ATR tape if you’d like to keep your reels.  This cost at last check is $164 a reel.  Rental reels are available for $50 each.  They’ll be digitally archived and wiped after the session.  Each reel records about thirty minutes worth of material.
